When exhibiting in Spain, you should pay attention to these things:

1、 Customs regulations

(1) Spanish Entry Requirements | Spanish Customs Restrictions

Spanish customs regulations prohibit the entry of drugs and other prohibited items; It is not allowed to carry counterfeit or pirated products. Once discovered, the customs have the right to detain them; The following are some common requirements and restrictions for items.

(2) Tax exemption requirements

The amount of duty-free items allowed per person does not exceed 300 euros (for passengers over 15 years old) or 150 euros (for passengers under 15 years old).

(3) Entry limit

① 200 cigarettes or 50 cigars or 250 grams of tobacco;

② 1 liter of strong liquor with an alcohol content exceeding 22 degrees or 2 liters of wine and alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content below 22 degrees;

③ 50 grams of perfume or 0.25 liters of floral water;

④ 500 grams of regular coffee or 200 grams of espresso;

⑤ 100 grams of tea or 40 grams of concentrated tea.

(4) Cash and financial controls

Individuals carrying cash entering or exiting the country shall not exceed 10000 euros; Otherwise, the customs may seize the funds, investigate the source of cash and the purpose of carrying it out of the country, and ultimately decide to confiscate or impose a certain amount of fine.

(5) Pirated counterfeit cards

It is not allowed to carry counterfeit or pirated products. Once discovered, customs have the right to detain them.

(6) Food restrictions

Animal food (including meat, dairy, meat products, and dairy products) cannot be brought to Spain as luggage upon entry. Other food can be brought, but one item cannot exceed 1 kilogram in weight.

(7) Personal items and gifts

You can carry personal items such as clothing, shoes, cosmetics, electronic devices, etc. A reasonable quantity of gifts is also allowed.

(8) Jewelry and valuables

When carrying jewelry, valuable items, or large amounts of currency, it may be necessary to declare them to prove their legality.

(9) Medicines

If you bring medication, especially prescription drugs, it is recommended to bring a prescription or a doctor's certificate. Certain medications may require special permission. (Choose to carry according to personal physical condition. Domestic products such as safflower oil, Yunnan Baiyao, and eye drops can be brought as needed, but they are not sold abroad. Other medications for treating common colds and fever.)

2、 Travel knowledge

(1) The average temperature in May in Spain is 10 ℃~21 ℃, and the weather is relatively cold.

It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing such as short suits made of single-layer cotton and linen fabric, T-shirts, thin denim shirts and pants, casual and professional suits, with an average temperature of 21 ℃ during the day;

At night, the average temperature is 10 ℃. It is recommended to wear warm clothing such as suits, jackets, windbreakers, casual wear, jackets, suits, and thin sweaters.

(2) Catering:

Our exhibition group customers arrange meals mainly in Chinese style, which basically meets the taste of Chinese people.

Please use the breakfast buffet with moderation, do not make loud noises during meals, and do not leave too many dishes on the plate or pack them away. This is very impolite behavior. The refrigerator in the hotel room has a beverage locking device, and once the beverage is moved, it will still be charged even if it is placed back in its original place. The tap water meets the standard for direct drinking.

(3) Accommodation:

Please do not leave the room wearing pajamas, and do not wear slippers when going to the hotel lobby or attached restaurants.

When leaving the hotel and going out, please bring the hotel's business card for use in case of getting lost, and it is best to travel together.

In hotels, items such as hair dryers, shampoo, and shower solutions are generally available. Bring your own slippers, toothpaste, and toothbrush

The telecommunications costs in European hotels are extremely high. If you need to make international calls, you can purchase a magnetic card and use the public telephone hall. The European telephone magnetic card is exquisitely crafted and can be used for fashion collection.

Voltage: 220V 50Hz, plug: two round holes, our company has prepared a conversion plug for each exhibition group customer.

European hotels do not provide hot water for drinking. If you are accustomed to drinking hot tea, please bring your own heated kettle

Time difference: Germany's time is 6 hours slower than China's time.

If leaving the hotel, please make sure to inform the leader and bring a hotel introduction card with you. For safety reasons, it is best to have no less than three people accompanying.

(4) European currency:

Mainly in euros, but the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark still use their own currencies. Reference exchange rate: 1 euro is approximately equal to 8.0 RMB (please refer to the exchange rate on that day)

Currency exchange: Chinese yuan is not circulating overseas, and you need to exchange it for euros before going abroad. You can go to the bank to redeem; Please prepare credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, etc.) and UnionPay cards in advance in China; If you carry a credit card, please confirm that it has been activated in China before you can use it overseas; It is best to prepare an appropriate amount of euros (around 1000 is recommended) according to your itinerary for shopping and participating in self funded projects. Try to prepare as many small foreign currencies as possible, such as 1 yuan, 2 yuan, 5 yuan, and 10 yuan, for easy use.

3、 Security situation and public security situation

Remind all exhibitors to pay attention to overseas safety, keep personal belongings safe, carry important items with you, do not chat with strangers, and do not go out alone.

(1) During the exhibition period in the exhibition hall, due to the complex composition of personnel, please do not place important items out of sight. Valuable items, especially passports, must be properly stored, especially during the setup and dismantling periods. Every year, there are cases of passport loss due to careless storage. It is better to take precautions in advance than to regret afterwards. Exhibitors must take this as a warning.

(2) During tourism and shopping, as overseas Chinese are often targeted by criminals, please remember not to expose your money and try to carry a small amount of cash. When using credit cards, pay attention to the surrounding environment. Try to travel with friends during shopping and avoid staying out too late.

(3) During your stay at the hotel, please keep your valuables in the safe and do not forget to take them out when leaving the hotel.

(4) If any accidents occur, please contact the local embassy staff immediately.
